Principals of CAS Riegler are intimately involved in each aspect of the real estate transaction and development process.
Kevin Riegler - Principal
Kevin has over 12 years of real estate development, construction and investment experience in various capacities. From internships with Forest City-Denver to a 3 year role in development, leasing and property management with a prominent suburban office developer in the Baltimore/DC Area; and prior to co-founding CAS Riegler, in a Senior Development and Acquisitions role for 5+ years with one of DC’s most successful urban multi-family and mixed-use developers, PN Hoffman. Over his career, Kevin has successfully implemented more than $350 million of urban real estate projects throughout the DC area. Since co-founding CASR in early 2010, they have executed 10 projects totaling over $70 million in value creation in its’ first 2.5 years and has a pipeline of over $60MM of urban residential and mixed-use projects; all in urban-infill locations within the District of Columbia. He is a graduate of University of Colorado – LEEDS School of Business, majoring in Finance and Real Estate; and has a Master’s in Real Estate Finance and Development from Georgetown University.
Kevin lives in downtown Washington, DC with his wonderful wife, Gaby, who also works in the real estate industry.
C. Adam Stifel – Principal
Adam Stifel is a fifth generation Washingtonian, and he comes from a family that has a long history in Washington, D.C. real estate development. Adam’s career started in commercial real estate, and with the creation of CAS Riegler Companies, his focus has shifted to residential development. Adam has played in integral role in all aspects of CAS Riegler’s property development, including but not limited to- Sourcing real estate transactions, procurement of equity, design, project management and construction management. Adam’s history and real estate experience in Washington, D.C. have given him a unique knowledge of local markets and neighborhood trends. Adam holds degrees in History and Business from the University of Denver and is a licensed real estate sales person.
Chris Heisey - Principal – SNEAD Construction (CAS Riegler Cos. Affiliate)
Chris Heisey has been actively involved in the Real Estate Industry for 10 years, primarily focusing on General Contracting and Construction Management. Prior to founding Snead Construction, Mr. Heisey served as Senior Manager of Construction for UIP General Contracting where he renovated and developed over 300 multi-family and condo units. Mr. Heisey was directly responsible for estimating, negotiating and managing projects valued at over $35 Million in the last 18 months alone. Mr. Heisey was one of the two charter members of UIPGC and helped facilitate major growth during his 3 years – managing 12 full time employees before his departure.
Prior to joining UIPGC, Mr. Heisey worked for NVR (Ryan Homes) where he was involved in construction management as well as sales and marketing. During his 6 years at NVR, Mr. Heisey was responsible for building and selling over 500 homes across the DC Metro Area, winning numerous awards for execution, volume, leadership, customer service and sales performance.
Chris is a 2002 graduate of James Madison University with a B.S. in management and a double minor in marketing and finance. Chris currently lives in Arlington, VA with his wife, Lauren.
